Review and prepare cash tax forecast in the US.Assist with structuring of US acquisitions and communicating with sellers representatives.Identify and implement process improvements within the tax department.Participate in tax due diligence as it relates to our U.S.Communicate with taxing authorities in connection with audits, reviews, and information requests.Prepare and review tax accounting workbooks as part of our quarterly financial reporting process.Manage the US federal and state income tax compliance for the group, including preparing Form 1120s / 5471s / 5472.This role is open for candidates who want to work remotely anywhere in Canada or the US. Reporting to the VP, Tax and Compliance, you will be working with a team to ensure our US Corporate taxation processes are adhering to industry best practices and compliance.
As the Senior Manager - US Corporate tax, you will be an integral part of the Harris/CSI tax department and will have the opportunity to work on value added projects including M&A and international tax planning.
